Axioo Picopad 5 GEW mempunyai dimensi 146x75x12 mm dengan berat 229 gram. Dengan fitur unggulannya dua kamera membuat Axioo Picopad 5 GEW semakin lengkap. Selain itu juga Axioo Picopad 5 GEW memiliki 3 tombol sentuh pada bagian bawah. Material yang digunakan pun cukup baik yaitu plastik solid yang dipakai cukup kuat untuk digunakan. Layar sentuh WVGA dengan ukuran 5 inch dan resolusi 800×480 piksel yang sudah didukung multitouch.
